Orders Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We “countrylivingprimitives.com” reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Card Payment

We use PayPal to process payments. Countrylivingprimitives.com does not charge a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. This information must be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.

Personal Checks, Cash and Money Orders

Countrylivingprimitives.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders as a method of payment on internet orders.

Privacy

We, “Countrylivingprimitives.com ” keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, address, email address, credit card information and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. Private Customer information such as credit card information etc. will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time and to provide you with a personal shopping experience.

Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through an opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company and would like to unsubscribe please send us an email at sales@countrylivingprimitives.com stating your desire to do so.

Privacy on Links and Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their own data collection practices and/or privacy policies. Please consult each site to view their privacy policy. We, “countrylivingprimitives.com” will not be responsible for the actions of third parties. This site contains links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that countrylivingprimitives.com is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. “Special Order” items such as furniture take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship as these items are custom manufactured to your specifications. “Special Order” items sometimes may incur additional shipping charges.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 6 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by countrylivingprimitives.com or other parties only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Return Policy

We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full merchandise refund within 15 days of receipt. Please note we cannot accept returns on Sale Items & some Custom/Special Order Products. If you need to return an item, please call 484-388-1506 for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 15 days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email. You will be required to save the box and all its contents for 14 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. When these items are returned we will issue a refund to your credit card.

“Custom/Special Order Items, Katies Light House Products & Furniture” will require 25% of the purchase price be considered a “nonrefundable” fee upon placement of your order with the manufacturer. This “nonrefundable” fee on “special order items & furniture” will be refunded in its entirety if we cannot deliver the merchandise you ordered. However if you return the items or make changes to and/or cancel your order after it has been placed with the manufacturer this could result in a loss of 25% of the purchase price and/or additional fees.

Sales Taxes

Countrylivingprimitives.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales, customs, duties taxes and/or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, countrylivingprimitives.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price. Countrylivingprimitives.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, countrylivingprimitives.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted incorrectly.

The above mentioned Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless if countrylivingprimitives.com. signs those conditions or not. Countrylivingprimitives.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
